as the same poster was at our 'diabetes walk' yesterday...my lil' Canadian city (Kamloops, British Columbia) of approx 88,000 people raised over $105,000 for diabetes research! -
Thanks, Derek, for the chart. I found the sugar cubes to be very helpful in seeing how much sugar is in fruit compared to processed foods. Even my favorite fruits, the banana and pineapple, do not have as much as sugar as Snickers. Now, that's telling! -

Sugar can lead to Diabetes too. Thanks for this chart. I can now increase my menu with foods that are lower in sugar than others. -

Cutting out soda makes the biggest difference also any processed foods as well. At least the fruit has natural sugars and not stuff made in a lab. -
