Happy Labor Day everyone! I hope you’re all enjoying the long weekend with some r&r and quality time with friends and family by the grill.

Hey Derek How are you? I wanted to let you know that I can not waite for the new dancing with the stars to start.... Although I forgot the date on that can you please give me the date of that. So I can write it down I watch dancing with the stars every year and I always look forward to watching you Dance. I love to see you dance.Good luck on this coming season I wish I could dance with you. I am also a big fance of patrick swayze I names my cat after him... And patrick swayze is right that the best way to do a lift is in the water. Derek I really hope that you get the trophy this year. Happy Labor Day to you too! My favorite memories from the summer were Liberty Swing, my vacation to North Carolina, seeing The Tash Brothers Band perform at The Old Bay, all the times that I went out west coast swing dancing, and all the other fun times I've had with my friends and with my family.

My best memory of the summer!
When I was a cheerleader and played sports back in 2003 it was the highlight of my life. It was the summer that I also had my 13th birthday and a summer that I will never forget! And it was the fallowing year that changed my life forever. Being a cheerleader is like being a dancer or an athlete you have a LOT’S of training and a nonstop schedule, and if you’re lucky you have one day off. Why is this one of my best memory of the summer? It was my 13th birthday and the summer that my team came in and won state championship… this was only our second competition and for this to happen it was like WOW!! It was that one of the coolest things I mean you can’t even imagine how it feels to win something like that… and the fallowing I tried out for my gym’s team and made it, but due to an eye injury it all came to an end. But I found a not so new love that same years SING/DANCING and a new love playing tennis. It’s not much but it’s just one of my summer memories. Happy Labor Day!!! -
Hey Derek, Happy Labor Day to you as well! I am finishing my Masters in Health Administration at the University of Texas at San Antonio... and was tapped to be a part of a group to spend time in Wellington, NZ and Sydney, AU to study their healthcare systems as well as experience some of the awesome culture Down Under!

My only memory for the summer was spending the WHOLE summer in a hot gym teaching gymnastics. I would really love to enjoy Labour day - but unforunately, it's not one of our holidays, we had August Bank Holiday last weekend, which is fun, had the annual Carnival which started on Sunday 7am - 11pm & Monday 7pm - 2am. Glad to go back to work for a rest!!
