During the season of Dancing with the Stars, I have to be very mindful of what I eat so I can have the right amount of energy to rehearse and perform on stage.

hey der, your breakfast is pretty unhealthy!OK, a dancer-athlete needs lots of carbos and calories, but you also lose a lot of muscle each season, it's visible!Instead of what you're eating, try more protein,for tough Hough muscle, less empty carbos, more natural sugar, like, more fruits or brown sugar;more calcium for tough Hough bones, like milk and yogurt;more whole foods, like whole wheat;more vitamins and minerals, in vegetables and fruit;less animal fat like in those sausages,try soy sausage-give Romey the bacon-Have a long life and a healthy heart, lots of muscles,so you can wow the ladies and keep regaling us with your great dancing for 100 years! So why not whole wheat French toast with brown sugar or real maple syrup, and egg,lots of varied fruit and nuts on top, yogurt or cottage cheese, soy sausages, a glass of non-fat milk and C-vit rich orange juice-Alternate with hot oatmeal made with milk, with fruit and brown sugar on top!A healthy Hough! -
Breakfast with Derek huh? I like 2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms, red and green peppers and a tiny bit of cheese. It's suppose to be an omlet, but always ends up scrambled lol. Or I'll have a banana and yogurt. "Breakfast" happens around 12 noon though. I'm up at 6:30am but can't seem to eat before noon. Have a great day everyone! -

My kind of breakfast! I love Blueberry pancakes and sausage! I haven't had them in years. Unfortunately they are not diabetic friendly. I will make some for breakfast tomorrow if it kills me to do so! -

I have this new addiction of morning breakfast. One piece of sourdough with mayo, fried 2 eggs over medium to hard, and of course some meat and cheese, YUM! -
pancakes and blueberries!!! i've never heard that!!! it must be deliciuous!!!! XD i wanna try!!! -
Antioxidant every morning. I eat a boiled egg and I drink MX and RVL. Sometimes I add blueberries and other fresh fruit. -

For breakfast I like to eat Biscuit and sausage, and on a cool morning I like to eat Oatmeal...Hummmmmm
